Talk to Jade.
She'll show you where the money's hiding.

We install AI systems that make owner-operated businesses more money — by catching leads you're missing, freeing up your time, or making your team more efficient. Jade is the front door. She finds the leak in your business in six minutes. We install the system that plugs it.

Most Strike Force installs run $15K–$40K. Some are smaller, some are much larger. The review tells us which one you are — and you keep the written roadmap either way.

Strike Force System Review · $5,000

The written roadmap, yours to keep.

If you want a complete custom AI-system blueprint for your business — written by an outside expert who looked at your operation — this is it. We interview you, study your tools, test your customer-facing systems, and deliver a roadmap of exactly what we'd install and what it would cost.

  • Deliverable: written scope inside 7 business days
  • Yours to keep — including if you'd rather hire someone else to build it
  • Non-refundable, non-transferable, separate from the install cost
  • Price scales with company size on the discovery call

What an install actually costs

$15,000 to $40,000 is where most of our installs land.

Some are smaller, some are much larger. The reason we don't post fixed tiers: every business needs a slightly different mix of modules — what plugs YOUR leak isn't what plugs your competitor's. The System Review is how we figure out exactly which mix you need and exactly what it costs, before you commit to a build.

If your situation is small enough, we'll tell you. If you don't need us, we'll say so. The blueprint is honest either way.

What an installation actually does

Six things that change
the day after we go live.

No lead is missed.

Phone, text, web form, social DM — every inbound message gets a response inside 60 seconds. Even at midnight.

Quotes never go cold.

Multi-touch follow-up runs on its own. Day 1, day 3, day 7, day 14. Closes deals you used to forget about.

Your phone is covered.

An AI receptionist answers, qualifies, books appointments, and texts you a summary. Works at 9pm Saturday.

You see the real numbers.

Open your phone Monday morning. Last week's leads, jobs, revenue, churn risks — all on one screen.

Reviews compound.

Seven days after the job, customers get a personal-feeling text. Your Google rating climbs while you sleep.

The admin disappears.

Email triage, scheduling, invoicing, CRM updates — handled in the background. You stop being the front desk.

The part nobody else does

We install once.
We tune forever.

Most automation shops install and disappear. We don't. Every month we look at what is working in your system and tune it — quietly, in the background. You only hear from us when there is something worth telling you.

Monthly check-in. Five minutes. What is hurting most this month? We adjust the system to fix it.

Quarterly staff interviews. Your team tells us where the system is creaking. We rebuild the rough spots.

Continuous module updates. We ship new modules every 30 days. You get them as add-ons or upgrades.

Performance reports. Every month: what your system caught, what it closed, what it saved you. In writing.

Charter Group · Founder-built install

We are taking three
charter customers.

Hand-built, hand-supervised by Sasan. Real install, real install fee — and we publish each customer's results as they happen, with their permission.

First spot — claimed

Sasan's own install · the entire stack runs Strike Force itself · Jade is just the tip of the iceberg

We're eating our own cooking. Strike Force is installing the full system on Strike Force first — Jade, the dashboard, the lot. Results published when live.

Second spot — open

Service business · $1M–$20M · any vertical

Applications open · charter pricing closes after three

Founder install, full attention, charter pricing. We do these one customer at a time so we can actually deliver — when this one fills, Charter 03 is the last seat at this price.

Charter 03 · Open

Third spot — final seat

Applications open · charter pricing closes after three

After this one, the charter window closes and pricing returns to standard. If you want founder build at charter pricing, this is the moment — there is no Charter 04.

Three charter customers. Founder-installed. We publish results as they happen, with the customer's permission — never before they're real.

Why this is safe to do

No hype.
No mystery.
No regret.

Five thousand dollars is real money. Before you click pay, here's exactly what we'll do with it — and exactly what we won't.

What you're buying

  • A written custom roadmap PDF — yours forever, even if you never hire us to build it.
  • A structured 45-minute call with Leyla where she pulls every leak, bottleneck, and missed-money line item out of your operation.
  • An automated scan of your public-facing surface — website, booking flow, response time, review trajectory, social proof, schema.
  • Sasan personally reviewing every roadmap before it ships. Not a junior. Not a template.
  • A specific install price range and module list, so you know exactly what the next step costs before you say yes to it.

What you're not buying

  • A sales call dressed up as a "free strategy session." This is paid work, period.
  • A money-back guarantee. We do not offer refunds. We've never met a serious operator who wanted one — but you should know up front.
  • A promise that we'll build for you. The roadmap may conclude you don't need us yet — and we'll say so on the page.
  • Generic AI hype, "leverage synergy" copy, or "10x your business" language. The roadmap is plain English and specific to your operation.
  • An obligation. If the roadmap lands and you decide not to install, that's it — you keep the document and we wish you well.

The commitment we'll make in writing

If we can't make you more money,
we'll say so in the roadmap.

We won't manufacture a build to fit the fee. If your operation is already tight, the roadmap will say *"don't hire us yet — here's what to do instead."* That's the honest-verdict commitment, in writing on every roadmap we ship. It's not a refund — it's something better: clarity.

The questions every owner asks

FAQ.

Why $5,000 instead of free?

Because a free consultation isn't a real diagnostic — it's a sales call with the diagnostic stripped out. We do real work: a public-surface scan, a structured interview, a written roadmap reviewed personally by the founder. That work has a cost. Charging it filters the operators who are actually ready to act from the ones just shopping.

What if I decide not to install after the review?

You keep the roadmap and we shake hands. We don't chase you. We don't add you to a drip sequence. If you change your mind inside 90 days, we'll talk about crediting the $5,000 toward setup on a case-by-case basis (not a guarantee — but the door's open).

Can I do this myself?

Sometimes yes — and the roadmap will say so. If the leak is small and the fix is one configuration change in a tool you already own, we'll tell you. The roadmap exists to find the actual answer, not to sell you a build.

How is this different from hiring a consultant?

A consultant tells you what's wrong. We tell you what's wrong AND quote you a fixed-scope build with a real install timeline. You leave the System Review with a written plan, a price, and the option to start — not with a deck and an invoice.

Who actually does the work?

Right now: Sasan personally, on every install. We're in our charter group — three customers, hand-built, founder-supervised. No subcontractors, no offshore team, no "junior project manager assigned to your account." As we scale, that changes — but for the people reading this page today, you get the founder.

What does the install cost after the review?

Most installs land between $15,000 and $40,000 setup, depending on the modules you need. Some are smaller, some are much larger. The roadmap tells you which one you are — and you decide whether to move forward with that exact number in hand. No surprises.

Who you're actually paying

I built Strike Force because I watched too many business owners pay $30K for "automation" and get a Zapier flow they could've built themselves in an afternoon.

When you buy the System Review, I'm the one personally reviewing your scan, listening to your intake call, and writing the recommendations. Not a junior. Not a template. Not a sales-engineer flipping you to a "delivery team" after the sale.

If the roadmap I write you is bad, the only person to blame is me — and I won't ship something I'd be ashamed to put my name on. That's the deal.

Sasan Raoufi, founder, Strike Force Agency

Sasan Raoufi

Founder · Strike Force Agency · 2023

I started Strike Force in 2023 after a decade of fixing other people's broken businesses — credit, contracts, day-to-day operations. The pattern was always the same. Owners were drowning in tasks AI can do faster, cheaper, and without burning out.

So I built the systems I wished I had. Now I install them for other owners. Every system Strike Force ships gets hand-built or hand-supervised by me. There is no junior account manager. There is no offshore team. There is me, the build, and your business.

The trade-off: I cap how many clients I take so I can actually deliver. The benefit: when I tell you the system will work, I am the one who is going to make sure it does — and I will keep showing up every month to make it sharper.
