Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Program & Eligibility

​

You must be 18+ and legally able to participate. We may approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.​​

​

2. Compliance & Claims

​​

No misleading statements or guarantees of credit outcomes. Use approved disclosures: our products/services may help establish business credit history via reporting. Follow platform rules (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and applicable laws (FTC Endorsement Guides).

3. Links, Cookies & Attribution

​​

Sales are tracked by your unique affiliate link/ref ID. Last valid click generally applies. Tracking methods may change for accuracy/fraud prevention.

​​

4. Commissions & Payouts

​​

Rates: 50% of tradeline monthly dues (non-promo), 25% during promo, 10%–20% vendor marketplace referrals, plus additional services as listed on the Affiliate Program page. Paid twice monthly via ACH, subject to refund/chargeback periods and a $50 minimum.

5. Refunds, Chargebacks & Cancellations

​

Refunds/chargebacks reverse the related commission. Negative balances may offset future earnings.

​​

6. Traffic Quality & Prohibited Conduct

​

No spam, bots, incentivized clicks, cookie stuffing, brand bidding on “Strike Force Agency” or variants, or unauthorized couponing.

7. Brand Assets & IP

 

Use only approved logos/creatives. Do not imply employment or agency. All IP remains our property.

​

8. Data & Privacy

​

Handle personal data lawfully and securely. Any lead/customer info provided is confidential and must only be used for promoting our offers.

​

9. Term & Termination

​

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate immediately for policy violations, fraud, or reputational risk.

10. Modifications

​

We may update offers, rates, and these terms. Continuing participation after notice = acceptance.

​​

11. Taxes

​​

Affiliates are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes. W-9/W-8 may be required.

​​

12. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of California (Sacramento County).

​
