1. Service Overview
Strike Force Agency LLC (“SFA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers Dispute Assistance services (“the Service”) designed to support clients (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) in identifying, preparing, and submitting disputes to credit reporting agencies, creditors, or other relevant parties regarding errors, inaccuracies, or unverifiable items on consumer or business credit reports.
SFA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

2. Eligibility
​

You must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to request changes to the credit reports or accounts in question.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for all dispute activities.

SFA reserves the right to decline service for any reason.

3. Scope of Service
​

SFA will review your credit report data and, at your direction, assist in drafting dispute letters or preparing documentation for submission to credit bureaus, creditors, or collectors.

SFA does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to the removal or correction of any account, tradeline, or information.

SFA will provide general guidance, form templates, and best-practice advice for submitting disputes but cannot submit disputes directly on your behalf unless legally authorized.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide all information, documentation, and authorizations reasonably requested by SFA.

Review and approve all letters or documents prepared by SFA before submission.

Promptly inform SFA of any responses from credit bureaus, creditors, or third parties.

Maintain copies of all correspondence for your records.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees for Dispute Assistance are disclosed prior to engagement and may include setup fees, per-dispute fees, or monthly subscription charges.

All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable once service is initiated.

SFA does not accept contingent or “pay for results” compensation.​

Note:
• Rates are estimates—complex layouts, color prints, or oversized documents may incur additional fees.
• Certified-mail or tracking surcharges beyond our meter cost (avg. $6.35) are included above.
• We’ll quote exact fees before mailing large or specialized packets.
6. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

SFA does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

Nothing in this Service or related communications should be considered a substitute for professional legal counsel.

Clients are encouraged to consult their own attorney, accountant, or financial advisor as needed.

7. No Guarantee of Results
​

The outcome of any dispute or credit reporting action is subject to third-party decisions by credit bureaus, creditors, or regulatory agencies.

SFA does not guarantee the removal of any negative or inaccurate item, credit score increase, or other result.

8. Compliance
​

SFA complies with all applicable laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and relevant state laws.

You have the right to dispute information on your credit report without assistance and to contact credit bureaus directly at no cost.

9. Limitation of Liability

SFA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

SFA’s total liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for Dispute Assistance services.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SFA, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination
​

SFA may terminate your access to Dispute Assistance at any time, with or without cause.

You may terminate service at any time; however, fees paid are non-refundable.

Upon termination, SFA will provide copies of any materials prepared up to the date of termination.

12. Changes to Terms
​

SFA may update or change these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on our website or provided via email.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
