SFA Essential Tradeline Program

1. Program Overview

The SFA Essential Tradeline Program (“Program”) is provided by Strike Force Agency LLC (“SFA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to help businesses establish a single, recurring tradeline on their business credit report by reporting monthly membership payments made by participating members (“you,” “your,” “Member”).

This is not a loan, line of credit, or financial guarantee.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ years old and an authorized representative of a U.S.-registered business.
You must provide accurate, current business information for enrollment and credit reporting.

3. Membership Fees & Billing

A non-refundable setup fee of $[Amount] is required at sign-up.
Recurring membership fees are billed monthly at $[Amount].
All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable after processing.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your tradeline reporting and membership.

4. Credit Reporting

SFA will report your on-time membership fee payments as a business tradeline to selected business credit bureaus (e.g., Experian, Dun & Bradstreet, Equifax, or others as available).
Credit reporting is provided on a best-effort basis. SFA does not control how or when bureaus display reported tradelines.
You are responsible for ensuring your business is properly registered with the bureaus for tradeline reporting.
Missed or late payments may be reported as such at SFA’s discretion.

5. Program Limitations

The Essential Tradeline Program is not a loan, revolving line of credit, or cash advance.
No physical or virtual card, purchase ability, or additional tradeline is included in this program.
Program benefits are limited to the single tradeline reported as described above.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying SFA in writing or via your member portal.
Setup and monthly fees are non-refundable after processing.
Tradeline reporting will cease at the end of your current billing cycle upon cancellation.

7. No Guarantee of Results

SFA cannot guarantee any specific credit outcome, score improvement, or bureau acceptance of the tradeline.
Results depend on third-party bureaus and other external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

SFA is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Program, including credit score changes, credit denials, or business losses.
SFA’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Program.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SFA, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your participation in the Program or breach of these Terms.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Your information will be handled according to our [Privacy Policy].
By enrolling, you consent to SFA sharing necessary data with credit bureaus and technology partners for program delivery.

11. Changes to Program or Terms

SFA may update or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Sacramento, California.
